The Process

Begin by filling out the Query Form.  This not only provides me with your contact information, but it gives you an opportunity to tell me what you have in mind for your crib set including possible colors, fabrics and themes.  

I will respond via email to your query with some ideas of my own.  This may include some specific ideas and will probably include some more questions for you.  This correspondence may go back and forth a few times as we come up with a basic design plan.  Expect a response from me within three days.

Once we have decided on a basic design plan, the next step is for me to shop for fabrics.  I have a design fee of $15 for this service which is payable through ...

Please note that this fee will be fully applied to any purchase you make, but will only be refunded if I fail to locate any suitable fabrics.  Once I've located swatches, I'll send them to your home for your approval.  This step will take up to four weeks.

Once we've agreed on swatches and design, I require half-payment up front as a deposit.  

Once I've received your deposit, I will purchase the fabrics and begin the project.  This step of the process takes approximately 6-8 weeks.

Once the crib set is complete, I will ship it to you by US Postal Service insured mail.  Your final payment is due upon receipt of the merchandise.
